What condition are the second-hand products sold by CashFive in?
Every product is tested, verified and graded according to its condition: Like new, Very good condition, or Good condition. We perform a complete diagnostic — battery, screen, connectors, functionality — before putting it on sale. All items are cleaned and reset.
What warranty do you offer on products?
All products sold by CashFive benefit from a 1-year warranty. Repairs performed in-store are guaranteed for 3 months. If a covered defect appears during the warranty period, we repair or replace the item free of charge.
How do I sell my device at CashFive?
Bring your device to one of our stores (Plainpalais or Cornavin). Our technicians evaluate it in 10-15 minutes: diagnostic, cosmetic condition and market price. If the offer suits you, you are paid immediately in cash or by transfer.
What payment methods do you accept?
In-store: cash, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), TWINT. Online: credit card and bank transfer. For selling your devices, payment is immediate in cash or by transfer within 24 hours.
Do you deliver in Switzerland?
Yes, we deliver throughout Switzerland via Swiss Post. Orders placed before 2pm are shipped the same day. Delivery typically takes 1-2 working days. You can also pick up your order for free at one of our two stores in Geneva.
Can I return a product?
Yes, you have 14 days to return an item in its original condition. Refund is issued within 5 working days. Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless there is an unreported defect.
Do you offer repairs?
Yes, we repair smartphones and computers in our workshops in Geneva. Common repairs: broken screen, battery, charging port, motherboard. Free quote, most repairs are completed in 24-48h. 3-month warranty on each repair.

How do you protect my personal data?
In accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA), we collect only the information necessary to process your orders. Your data is never sold to third parties. You can request modification or deletion at any time.
